Self-Care is Whatever You Want it To Be

It seems like "self-care" is a real buzzword these days. We absorb more information now than we ever have before. It can feel like a struggle to maintain your sanity when you're constantly inundated with information and news both good and bad.

Taking care of yourself does not have to include all-day trips to the spa or purchasing a bunch of new beauty products. It certainly can be if that's what makes you feel good, but self-care is simply doing something, grand or simple, lengthy in time or a quick five minutes, that brings to you a bit of authentic happiness.

Self-care is doing something that makes you happy.

Here are a few that we're loving:

Set a timer for 30 minutes and dive into a book.
